We will listen and anonymously assimilate what we learn into actionable insights for companies considering or actively seeking returners, to help educate them on how best to find you, prepare you and support you when you re-enter the workforce.

To start sorting this out, we want to hear what you think the issues are. Our commitment is to take your insights, coupled with solutions to employers and recruiters, so we can start making the job hunt experience a whole lot better.
Our final Unpicking The Job Hunt event will focus on unpicking the Interview Process - What dodgy questions have you been asked? How many interviews have you had to land a role? What can be done to make the process fairer & empathetic?
