This 2to3days session is an opportunity for any frustrated professional women out there who like to join an informal conversation about the mindset, practical and emotional barriers you are facing or have experienced, in your quest to get your career reignited after a break..

We will listen and anonymously assimilate what we learn into actionable insights for companies considering or actively seeking returners, to help educate them on how best to find you, prepare you and support you when you re-enter the workforce.

Coaching partners Alex & Skye of TLR Dynamics will also be in the room to explore the topic with us.

2to3days is built on speaking truth to power. We exist to make having a balanced work & home life a reality and ensure that diversity and inclusion in the workplace is a norm.  

We know the Job Hunt process is riddled with challenges and limitations, especially when you need the role and employer to allow you some work flexibility. So, we want to do something about it! 

To start sorting this out, we want to hear what you think the issues are. Our commitment is to take your insights, coupled with solutions to employers and recruiters,  so we can start making the job hunt experience a whole lot better.

Our final Unpicking The Job Hunt event will focus on unpicking the Interview Process - What dodgy questions have you been asked? How many interviews have you had to land a role? What can be done to make the process fairer & empathetic?

Spaces are limited to 15 so everyone 'in the room' gets a chance to contribute. We look forward to meeting you and learning from you.
