Clean Growth Fund

Clean Growth Fund (CGF) (www.cleangrowthfund.com) is a £100m early-stage climate tech fund. CGF invests in technology businesses that are driving the transition to net zero through developing disruptive products and services. CGF invests across a number of target sectors where we see the greatest potential for carbon savings including: power, buildings, transport, industry and waste. CGF focuses on early stage, clean growth companies based in the UK with a global outlook and scalable solutions and business models and makes investments at seed-Series A stage with initial investment sizes of £0.5 – 3m. The Fund achieved Final close in March 2022 securing £101m from corporate, institutional, academic and government sources. The Fund strengthens the UK’s world-leading green finance capabilities by pooling public and private capital to invest in new, early stage clean technology ventures.
