Event aims

To shine a light on flexible working at PwC including training on the technology used, hints and tips on interview techniques and CV writing as well as hearing directly from PwC staff.

Pivot to virtual

After successfully securing just over 800 registrations for two offline events in Birmingham and London, lockdown necessitated a sharp pivot to a virtual event with one week to secure attendees.

Candidate response

Candidates responded very well to the event invitation with over 34.5% open rate for the launch email and 5% click through rate. There were just under 350 event registrations, 85% of which came directly from 2to3days.

On the day

41% of those who registered joined the live event. Over 92% found the sessions helpful with 85% saying they were impressed with the whole event.

Interest in PwC roles

The interest in PwC roles rose as a result of the event, with a 400% increase in page views of the PwC roles once the event launched compared to the week preceding the launch.

Participant reactions

"It was an inspiring, excellent event and eye opening to see/hear such a large company looking after its employees in the way it does. I hope to be one of those employees in the not too distant future."
