2to3days Search launched organically at the beginning of this year and we are now looking for an experienced Search professional that would relish the opportunity to work closely with our CEO Juliet Turnbull, our COO Benvon Crumpler and our research consultant to grow our 2to3days Search business.
This role is perfectly suited to a returner or someone who is looking for a business opportunity as well as a career opportunity. Someone who would love to bring their industry know how and experience to a role that they can grow on terms that work for them, working with a small team who would value their experience and skill set. We are currently industry and sector agnostic, so you need to bring your experience and be able to adapt it to a variety of roles that our clients present us with. Our clients are both Corporates as well as SMEs. At the moment all of our projects are on a fully retained basis.
- You need to love the world of Search and have worked at a senior level prior to your career break.
- You need to be in your flow building rapport with existing clients and identifying retained search assignments and able to spot the wider business opportunity
- An open and collaborative communicator
This role is realistically 3 days a week, but it is output that we are seeking rather than hours at the desk. We absolutely walk our talk, so this role is the embodiment of work-life integration. This role is as much about skills and experience as it is about having a passion to build an incredible business.
Our team works remotely, and we don’t envisage having an office. So, realistically you can be based anywhere in the UK. Whilst zoom is great it doesn’t trump meeting up face to face so Juliet and Benvon would love to be able to meet up with you in London at a frequency that makes sense, so that we all feel connected.
Your salary will be combination of a base plus fee split. Whilst we fully appreciate in a job advert that it is preferable to give a salary, it feels misleading to give one here, as the potential of this opportunity is as much about the individual who wants to work with Juliet and Benvon to build the business. The bottom line is, we will co-create a structure that ultimately is a win-win for both you and the company.
Equity participation is also available based on a set of clear deliverables.
