Context for the role 

The Brook Graham business benefits from a strong client base, an excellent pipeline of future work, and ongoing potential for client referrals from within the wider firm. Backed by Pinsent Masons, Brook Graham has ambitious plans and growing the team with additional consultants, sales & marketing and operational capability is key to achieving the growth objectives.  

The Senior Consultant role is focused on leading client engagements, with the capability in both the design and the delivery of D&I solutions. With increasing expertise across the D&I agenda, the Senior Consultant will contribute to brand building and client development through thought leadership, networking and client relationship management. 


Delivering Client Engagements 

  • Lead Diversity and Inclusion client engagements, working across the breath of Brook Graham’s solutions. 
  • Scope and design programmes of work for clients, to include both training/coaching solutions and broader strategy/change management engagements. 
  • Act as the main point of contact to sponsors and stakeholders when on engagement, providing robust project leadership and acting as an advisor to the client. 
  • Work with the Head of Solution Design to develop bespoke content according to client need. 

Business Development 

  • Contribute to the development of key client accounts by building effective, sustainable relationships with stakeholders and recognising client needs. Identify opportunities for new work.  
  • Support the acquisition of new clients through contribution to the sales process (bids, proposals, sales meetings / pitches). 
  • Build knowledge across D&I topics/capability areas. Contribute to curating thought leadership, undertaking research and developing points of view. 
  • Actively develop and maintain a personal network of client contacts, with a structured approach to developing this network to generate referrals. Attend networking events and conferences as appropriate.  

Building Brook Graham 

  • Support the development of others within the team - training and mentoring less experienced consultants, sharing expertise and experience, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues. 
  • Contribute to the recruitment process through referrals, interviewing and induction of candidates at more junior grades. 
  • Drive internal improvement by shaping and delivering key internal projects.
  • Contribute to building the internal culture of Brook Graham, acting as a role model to others.  



  • Significant expertise and knowledge in Diversity and Inclusion, across a breadth of D&I topics. 
  • Experience of working within another consultancy or L&D advisory business, shaping and delivering D&I projects. 
  • Project management and change management experience. 
  • Coaching qualifications.  
  • People management experience an advantage.
  • Experience working with external partners or Associates an advantage.


  • Able to develop and nurture great relationships within Pinsent Masons and clients.
  • Able to influence, engage, get buy-in and change opinions.  
  • Facilitation and coaching skills. 
  • Strong organisational skills with a methodical and disciplined approach to planning and running projects and all related administration. 
  • Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills. 
  • Good understanding of people and cultural change management challenges.

London office based, must be flexible to work away from home on client sites during the week as required
