Reformis is one of the leading financial services consulting companies for the Investment Management Industry. We work globally with some of the largest Asset Management firms and have offices in London, New York (US), Boston (US) and Sydney and employ approximately 100 people.

 

We have managed to grow organically through word of mouth and by being a trusted partner to each of our clients. Our staff are the most important asset to our company, and we understand that for our staff, their family is their priority. We have always supported a hybrid and flexible approach to work, which thankfully, has helped avoid too much upheaval over the last 2 years!

 

To date, the administration and day-to-day operations of the company have been handled by our COO and other members of the management team. Whilst this is just about manageable, we realise that now is the time to bring onboard an experienced and seasoned candidate to join the team and put in place some more robust processes and structures to support the continued growth of the company.

 

We would like to hear from candidates that would be interested in working approximately 20 hours a week and would be keen to collaborate on how best to use that time throughout the week and to look at how the role could develop over time.

 

The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and can work with senior management with minimal guidance. We are open to hearing from candidates that are returning to work as well those who have transferable skills that would benefit the role.
