We are looking for someone to join our team to help us on a number of clients (including a number of new ones). Confident, experienced with great media and social media skills (plus all the other things PR people are great at from writing to pitching to networking) - someone who enjoys delivering results for an always interesting set of clients. If you're experienced in PR you will understand the breadth of skills required. Most of our clients are from five key sectors: food and drink; lifestyle; tech; services; associations and organisations. This role would suit someone who is keen to work across a variety of clients rather than specialising in just one/two sectors, who works collaboratively but is equally able to take their own decisions. We tend to start with all clients on a project basis so again this would suit someone who likes the challenge of something new and is also able to bed in clients and help them grow.
In terms of job title - we are not super obsessed by them here, we are a team of senior professionals so Associate Director is what we stick to! A quick word of explanation about leaving the salary level blank - this is entirely because we might find someone who wants to work 2/3/4/5 days a week and so it is almost impossible for us to specify - please let us know your salary expectations depending what sort of time commitment you want.
We have two people currently working 4 days a week but, as an example, one former employee over the years worked between 2 and 5 days a week depending on personal circumstances during their time with us. In terms of location, ideally we will find someone in the UK who is happy to travel to London for meetings and/or events - we're not doing masses of this at the moment and are currently working from home - but we do have events that we attend on behalf of clients.
