Who are we
MediaVision is a privately owned digital performance marketing agency specialising is search and social. Formed in 2007 and still run by the founder Louis Venter, from its base in London, the agency employs 28 people working in various locations around the UK, Europe, India, the USA and Africa.
Recently named by Campaign as one of the Best Places to Work in the industry the agency also donates 1% of its turnover to a number of charities.
What we do
We use our proprietary technology and expert colleagues across SEO (technical, content and digital PR) and Paid Media (Search, Display and Social) to deliver winning performance marketing growth strategies across all digital platforms. These integrated plans are specifically designed for every client to optimise ROI and reduce cannibalisation between the channels.
Business growth is at the centre of our ambitious plan, and we are clear that we need to become more famous than we are today to realise those ambitions. We have tried a range of marketing strategies to build our industry profile to varying degrees of success, however, there has not been a consistent and coordinated strategy run by an experienced practitioner.
We now need a Marketing Manager to help the leadership team ensure this new business growth is sustainable, that as an organisation we deliver on our collectively marketing activities and become more famous so that more prospective clients come to work with us.
To execute the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that the business is doing everything it can to build industry awareness and new business leads. Representing this element of the company roadmap as part of the leadership team.
To work with the exec team to define the overall marketing goals and channel tactics and then run the ongoing programme of delivery. These will include working with our in-house SEO, content, paid media teams and also working with our PR agency.
To ideate and implement the agency’s organic social and digital media marketing campaigns.
To help organise any industry sponsorships and client facing webinars/events targeting specific industry verticals.
To manage our marketing budget and ensure the investment is delivering our KPIs.
To be a member of the management team and be required to report on marketing deliverables.
To be part of the MediaVision family and work alongside a fabulous set of colleagues.
The role has been designed for an experienced mid level marketeer working on a part time basis.
The role is flexible both in terms of working hours, location and days of the week (2 to 3 days a week). The specifics would be agreed as part of the application process
