Reporting into the CMO, the Demand Generation Manager is responsible for designing and executing all demand generation campaigns in the region. Specifically, this is split into three distinct areas, in order of priority: ABM (account based marketing) demand generation for tier 1 customers, “Segment Broadcast” demand generation for future tier 1 clients and broadcast/inbound demand generation for tier 2 / broader stakeholders.
The role will work closely with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to guide the production of required content and ensure Campaign briefs (Campaign Briefs are the responsibility of the DGS) flow from GTM strategy and are supported by Digital, Social, PR and Event activity in region. Other key responsibilities include:
- Externally this role will work with and be responsible for the output from all Regional Demand generation agency support.
- This role requires close management of budgets and ongoing costs. ROI reporting is a key responsibility of this role.
- All campaigns and resulting MQL will be managed through Hubspot, the DGS is responsible for accurate use and reporting (overall Hubspot admin and efficiency sits with the Brand team).
- Support the sales team as the develop MQLs through our pipeline
We are looking for proven Demand Generation Marketing Leads / Specialists Executives / Professionals or Marketing Campaign Managers educated to degree calibre and ideally CIM qualified. We would especially keen to hear from candidates who have helped scale the marketing and indirectly client acquisition strategies and targets for a fast growth high-tech business (either in hardware or software). The role will also suit large corporate demand marketeers happy to “role their sleeves up” and get stuck in. An ability to construct targeted demand campaigns for enterprise / corporate and mid-sized key accounts and clients is paramount.
