At Equitory, we specialise in outsourced Investor Relations (IR). We do everything an internal IR team would do for our clients, but you gain experience across multiple companies in multiple sectors, working with respected UK brands.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. As a Business Development and Marketing Associate, you will be amongst other things be identifying prospective clients, building relationships and developing the company's social media strategy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members to further your skills and a direct influence on the growth of the company.

What will you be doing when you join us?

Lead generation

You will help deliver the business development strategy including identification of key clients and individuals within that market, maintain the Equitory CRM including generating reports, keep pace with management changes which could lead to new opportunities and monitor the IPO market to identify future clients


Client proposals

You will develop the company’s messaging to maximise response rates, support the Directors in preparing for client pitches and draft client pitchbooks and proposals



You will maintain partner relationships, including with annual report providers, brokers, PR firms and other IR service providers and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients



You will organise client events and seminars, including international events, develop the company’s existing marketing communications and brand collateral and develop a strategy to increase the company’s reach on social media, starting with LinkedIn, working with the admin team to execute the strategy



  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with financial and professional services will be considered advantageous


Working Hours

The role can be flexible with up to 24 hours per week spread across the week between Monday to Friday. There may be time critical deadlines around pitches and events, so candidates will require a level of flexibility around their availability, but working hours do not need to be fixed.

The role can be remote, but candidates must be able to travel to London for events a few times a year.
