They are now looking for an Account Director to lead and grow the UK offering, which is currently made up of an ASD, AD & AM. This agency is genuinely all about championing inclusive workplaces, sustainability and hybrid working. They are also trialling a 4 day week at the moment, which seems to be going well.

As Account Director, you will be:

  • Overseeing work across our Lifestyle portfolio, including entertainment and sports, food and beverage, and fashion and home categories, from national household brands to emerging startups
  • Partnering closely with practice group leadership on everything from existing client engagement and growth to new business, to team building and development and building our overall lifestyle offering
  • Acting as the point of contact and cultivating long-term relationships with senior clients
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest industry and media trends and translating them to actionable insights and recommendations
  • Supporting incremental and new business pursuits across the Lifestyle portfolio
  • Managing all aspects of account health and profitability, including but not limited to budgets, contracts, allocations and more
  • Leading agency development programs for staff and culture initiatives

You will need experience in an agency setting leading a portfolio of consumer and lifestyle accounts. You have a deep understanding of earned-first programming and how to make news for brands. You’re entrepreneurial, love to roll up your sleeves and get excited to think creatively with your teams and make a big impact. Food and beverage / CPG experience is a plus!
