We're looking for someone who is a creative problem-solver, a strategic thinker, and a team player. You'll need to be comfortable with data analysis, comfortable managing multiple projects, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining two steps ahead!

So, if you're ready to make an impact in the world of marketing and join a company that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration, then read on.

Our successful candidate will have an impressive array of skills with experience in marketing and brand awareness.  If you are a savvy digital marketeer with proven copywriting skills coupled with a solutions-focused-thinking approach, this role could be the perfect match.  We have listed below some of the key responsibilities for the role, but as an experienced marketing professional, you’ll understand this is not an exhaustive list.

  • Plan strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Creating and implementing impressive marketing campaigns across a variety of digital marketing platforms including social media and email marketing, to generate inbound enquiries.
  • Researching and reviewing client demands and market trends, Google trends, Google Analytics, and social media tending topics.
  • PR and advertising management, such as: writing blogs and press releases on business achievements and business news.
  • Writing, designing, and producing compelling email content for lead-generating & communication of important & critical updates.
About our culture:
We’ve been passionate about making a difference to our clients’ bottom line since 2004, using our bespoke blend of precision engineered digital marketing skills. Our client base is wide and varied – there’s never a dull day at Artemis – and we make it our mission to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations. Due to our ongoing record growth, we are now expanding our team and are seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated and enthusiastic to join us. Our offices are in a beautiful rural location with stunning views across to the South Downs, perfect for a countryside walk or a picnic style lunch (however it does mean your own transport is needed for any office-working days).

Working at Artemis is a commitment that works both ways. We recognise that we’re all human and will help you achieve a healthy work/life balance with flexible working practices. We treat each other with respect and compassion, so that everyone feels fully supported to be their best selves. We value all individual contributions and encourage our team members to be creative, innovative and strive for personal progression.

How flexible working works with us:
If you’re looking for your next role to give you the autonomy to make decisions based on your experience, knowledge and understanding of the strategic goals this could be the perfect fit. Keep in mind that flexibility is our middle name. Want to work set hours?… that’s fine! Want to have flexible hours from one week to the next?… great! Do you want a mix of office based and home working as decided by you?... perfect! Whatever you want we can find a mutually beneficial approach. But don’t just take our word for it, our company reviews from our team members speak for themselves. Many of our 30-strong team work fully remotely, due to their home locations across the UK but the majority organise their own unique hybrid mix of office and home-based working to fit around their personal commitments.

How we support parents:
We have thrown away the rule book when it comes to flexible working and hybrid working patterns. We treat everyone as individuals and believe their work should fit in around their personal commitments, not the other way around!

Embracing Change
In monthly 121 meetings, each employee is invited to discuss their working patterns, to check it’s working for them. People’s needs can change depending on many
factors including mental and physical health, responsibilities, and family. We take a holistic approach to work and life, acknowledging that personal issues can have a huge impact on working time.

True (not Token) Hybrid Working
No two days need ever be the same for Artemis employees. If they prefer, people can be fully remote, coming in just occasionally to maintain connection with colleagues. We have employees in Scotland and Spain, and one even works from their canal boat home. People are only ever in the office because they want to be
and if that means part of a day rather than a whole day, that’s fine too.

Night Owls And Morning Larks
We offer a huge amount of flexibility around start/finish times. We know everyone is different, which is why we encourage our team to work when they work best. They can condense their hours into a four-day week, or swap a weekday for a weekend if preferred. Autonomy is key. People are most productive when they have power over their lives.
