An excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer or a senior lawyer looking to work compressed hours, to join a rapidly scaling global aviation group who specialise in private aircraft charter and providing industry-leading aviation safety and security solutions, to a vast international client base across the US and EMEA regions. &nbsp;About the role;Reporting to the General Counsel and Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be primarily responsible for providing legal support in the negotiation and completion of a wide variety of commercial contracts, mainly supporting the commercial and business support teams. &nbsp; This broad role will also require you to get involved in a wide range of cross-functional and cross-border projects, as well as advising on IP, data protection an corporate governance matters. &nbsp; There is also the potential to become involved in corporate transactions depending on interest and experience. &nbsp;About you;Ideally you will be a mid-level to senior lawyer who is looking to work compressed hours, with experience of commercial and/or tech transactions. &nbsp; You will need to have demonstrable experience of providing end-to-end contractual support to clients in multiple jurisdictions and have an interest in/working knowledge of compliance matters, particularly data privacy law. &nbsp; You will require a strong commercial acumen, be able to take a pragmatic approach and be confident in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. &nbsp; The role would also suit a more junior lawyer (2-5 PQE)<br> on a full-time basis, as long as you have the confidence to work autonomously and have a business-like approach to your work. &nbsp;The company is expanding and will provide an excellent opportunity to carve a fantastic in-house career with plenty of growth opportunity. &nbsp; Operating within a lean legal function you will have independence and autonomy in a friendly and collaborative environment, and you will benefit from hybrid working between their London and Gatwick offices and your home office. &nbsp;If you the right experience and would like to discuss further, please get in touch at danieljackson@taylorroot. &nbsp;com
