My client is looking a part-time Supply Chain Coordinator to work 25 hours a week in their offices on the outskirts of Exeter, they are a lovely little team and looking for a bright, well organised person with good analytical skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.   working Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day with a possibility of working one day a week from home.  BenefitsGood salaryFree parkingPension Lovely friendly small teamSupply Chain Job Description Check warehouse reports daily to ensure all orders despatched correctly.   Check warehouses have correct order details on their system and verify stock is available.   Respond to daily warehouse emails regarding low code/held stock.   Ensure all stock is picked to clear.  Update stocksheets to give overview of stock/ordersAccess customer websites/Portals to obtain forecasts/delivery information.  Reconcile our stock system with warehouses reports.  Work with Orders team to process all orders accuratelyManage any amendments, ensuring that warehouses are updated and changes processed correctly.  Advise customers of any changes, and confirm weights despatched for variable weight products.  Send pre-advice to warehousesEnsure we receive accurate ETAs from hauliers.  Liaise with warehouses to ensure any amendments are made to GI bookings.  Send concession forms to warehouse.  Obtain GI bookings from warehouse in advance.   Advise hauliers of available slots.  Obtain and file all intake records from warehouses.  Download and file all PODs.   Chase any missing documents.  Investigate delivery issues/shortages and queries.   Liaise with warehouse and customers to ensure these are resolved.  Advise customers of delays.   Ensure their delivery requirements are met.  Advise customers of short-life deliveries.   Obtain concessions and manage with warehouses to ensure stock is shipped as agreed.  Update customer web portals with delivery information.  Complete the Import documents required for Customs Agent for all imports and liaise with hauliers to ensure they have required info to get GMRQualities requiredKnowledge of warehousing/ import/ distribution and customs clearance procedures.  Excellent organisational skillsKnowledge of ExcelIf you do not have any contact from us within 7 working days please assume that on this occasion unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful, and we invite you to submit your CV for other roles you feel your skills, qualifications and experience match.
