An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time HR Manager (standalone)<br> to join a forward thinking and exciting hospitality business in South Kensington. &nbsp; This is a part-time, hybrid, permanent role (25. &nbsp;5 hours)<br>, with complete flexibility around how you would like to split and work your weekly hours. &nbsp; If successful, you will be joining a contemporary, yet wonderfully historic company, with exciting People and Culture plans which you will be at the helm of. &nbsp; Role &amp; Responsibilities: Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to offboardingDevise, develop and implement the HR strategyEnsuring that recruitment processes are seamless, from selection to onboardingReviewing business training demands, designing, and implementing appropriate programs and tools around compliance, departments, and future developmentsUpdating company policies and procedures in line with UK employment law, liaising with HR consultants where necessaryExamining and establishing pay structures, employee perks and benefitsManage and lead full HRIS migration projectBuild strong and collaborative stakeholder relationships across the business Skills &amp; Experience Required: Proven experience of working within a similar roleHold a Business Management or CIPD – DesirableHighly organised, pro-active, and enthusiastic about providing impeccable employee experienceHave sound knowledge of UK employment lawAbility to communicate across all levelsHave high emotional intelligence and with a solution focused approach, demonstrating the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgementConfidence in using MS office and HR Smart Software. &nbsp;Experience in Salesforce would be an advantage To be considered for this role, apply below
