SRS Partnershipare supporting one of our clients who are based in Cumbernauld and are recruiting for an HR Advisor on a part-time basis. &nbsp; This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Advisor/HRBP with a strong Admin and Employee Relations skills. &nbsp; You will be supporting the senior management team and employees across the organisation in all aspects of HR. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations including supporting and managing disciplinary, grievance and performance cases. &nbsp;Provide HR advice and support to all stakeholders in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. &nbsp;Monitor and manage sickness absence, provide advice and support to managers. &nbsp;Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly. &nbsp;Act as the key contact for all HR issues and benefits queries and delivering an efficient and timely response to problems and inquiresHR administration and reportingThe Ideal Candidate Will Have. &nbsp;. &nbsp;. &nbsp;Experience of administration/finance and HR skillsHR degree, relevant HR experience or CIPD (Level 5)<br> - working towards or Associate MemberStrong IT skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc. &nbsp;)<br>Have excellent written and oral communication skillsThis is a fantastic stand-alone opportunity which will offer great autonomy and variety!
