SRS Partnershipare supporting one of our clients who are based in Cumbernauld and are recruiting for an HR Advisor on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist/HR Advisor/HRBP with a strong Admin and Employee Relations skills. You will be supporting the senior management team and employees across the organisation in all aspects of HR. Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations including supporting and managing disciplinary, grievance and performance cases. Provide HR advice and support to all stakeholders in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. Monitor and manage sickness absence, provide advice and support to managers. Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly. Act as the key contact for all HR issues and benefits queries and delivering an efficient and timely response to problems and inquiresHR administration and reportingThe Ideal Candidate Will Have. . . Experience of administration/finance and HR skillsHR degree, relevant HR experience or CIPD (Level 5)<br> - working towards or Associate MemberStrong IT skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc. )<br>Have excellent written and oral communication skillsThis is a fantastic stand-alone opportunity which will offer great autonomy and variety!
