Part-time HR Manager - Leicester - £20,500 (£35,000 FTE)<br> - 22. &nbsp;5 Hours (Flexible on days)<br>OverviewTo be the lead HR contact at the Leicester site, working as part of the wider HR Team in providing guidance to line managers and employees on following Company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency of approach in HR Practice across the business supporting the Group people strategy. &nbsp; Ensuring a quality employee experience from first welcome to the Group to becoming an established valued member of the team including pay, benefits and personal development. &nbsp;Job DescriptionTo deliver first line generalist HR advice and support to the business as required. &nbsp;Effectively support and manage designated projects demonstrating leadership both within own area and cross-departmental as required. &nbsp;Support managers in decision making processes ensuring full alignment with established policies and procedures and legal compliance where necessary, taking responsibility for ensuring consistency across the business within the decision making process using established company procedures. &nbsp;Operate with a continuous improvement approach, be a 'thinking performer' continually identifying opportunities and playing a pivotal role in the implementation and embedding of policy changes. &nbsp;Work collaboratively with Learning & Development Coordinator to build on personal development goals for all, supporting the overall direction of the business with the people strategy. &nbsp;Liaison with relevant third party organisations to support the operation of the business eg. &nbsp; payroll, recruitment agenciesCustodian for HR systems and data within own area in support of the people and business strategy, ensuring effective and relevant use consistently to support the business direction. &nbsp;Ensure end to end process administration up to and including recording keeping as per company policy/data processing and retention. &nbsp;ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of call for HR generalist advice. &nbsp;Keep abreast of payroll, pension and benefits processes ensuring ability to cover in periods of absence. &nbsp;Direct liaison with third party payroll provider in ensuring accuracy of information leading to an accurate and timely payrollCollate, analyse and report on people data as required. &nbsp;End to end case management of employee relations matters as allocated within the team (includes absence management, disciplinary, capability LTS, grievance)<br>. &nbsp;Support and drive the effectiveness of the recruitment process; overseeing administration and contributing to selection processes as required ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. &nbsp;Support the delivery of the induction and new starter onboarding, including administration, ensuring a great candidate experience and continuous improvement approachCo-ordinate and support people management activities ensuring the consistent delivery of the Employee experience and policy adherence; probation; job chats and personal development; engagement survey; development plans; absence management; exit interview (non-exhaustive)<br>. &nbsp;Ensure learning and personal development activity feeds into the overall training plan for the site by working collaboratively with the Learning & Development Coordinator and the wider HR team. &nbsp;Ensure new appointments fit within the developed framework challenging where necessary to ensure business headcount is accurate. &nbsp;Proactively support and attend nominated communication groups, encouraging effective communication. &nbsp;
