The role

We are looking for a highly experienced recruitment consultant looking to move into training and development.  We currently have a team of 25 resourcers and consultants. You will ideally have worked in professional services recruitment – legal experience is preferred but not essential.  Experience in designing and delivering sales training courses would be an advantage:

∙       Design and implement a combination of face to face and virtual learning for our resourcers and consultants

∙       Provide coaching and mentoring to team members in all aspects of sales

∙       Working with consultants and resourcers on a 1:1 basis; listening to calls and providing feedback

∙       Support consultants/resourcers with candidate interviews and client meetings

∙       Design an online learning manual & provide pastoral support to team members

∙       Consulting on early talent recruitment drives and heavily involved with the onboarding process

∙       Supporting career progression and development of existing staff and new starters

 

Hours

Part-time (2-3 days flexible schedule - 14/21 hours per week)

We support hybrid working and whilst we would require time in the office, we expect the succesful candidate to be able to split their time between the office and working from home.

We are happy to be flexible about school holidays.
