Finance Manager – Digital AgencyCentral LondonPermanent Part time – 3 days - in the officeSalary £45,000 to £55,000 Pro-rata depending on experienceRef: VisionFR2710 We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced Finance Manager to join this fast paced, vibrant creative agency. &nbsp; As Finance Manager you will need strong technical skills and prior experience working in a marketing/creative agency. &nbsp;You will be reporting to the Directors and will be working closely with external accountants. &nbsp; You must have a proactive can-do attitude, prepared to roll sleeves up and get stuck in. &nbsp; The ideal person will have strong experience managing the day to day financial activities of a busy creative studio and be able to provide forward-looking advice to aid decision-making. &nbsp;Person SpecificationThey are looking for a highly organised, confident and competent individual with strong mathematical skills; people management; communication skills, both written and verbal; understanding of business principles and practices; superb attention to detail and follow through on tasks. &nbsp;Requirements:Reliable and trustworthyPresentable – fit in with the culture and ethosProfessional approach and highly organisedDetail orientated - maintain a balance between corporate financial responsibility & the creative pursuits of the business7+ years finance experienceGood technical knowledgeExperience of working in a creative/marketing agencyQualified (or nearly qualified)<br>Job Duties:Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping of all transactions on a real time basis. &nbsp;Work alongside Project Management team to track and approve purchases to client budgets; to invoice work regularly to agreed invoicing schedules; reporting against monthly targets, project profitability etcAssist the onboarding of new clients, via vendor forms / details / platform sign upsEstablish and run an efficient debtor collection systemOversee any outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, payroll, investments, and other financial needs as necessaryManaging use of currency accounts and to maximise currency gainsTrack the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvementSeek out methods for minimising financial risk to the companyProvide real time insightful information and expectations to senior management, to aid decision makingReview financial data and prepare monthly management reports, including cash flow forecast, P&L, debtors, creditors and performance against targets. &nbsp;Present reports to any board members and other internal/external stakeholdersStay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposesEstablish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the companyUnderstand and adhere to UK financial regulations and legislationResearch and analyse financial reports and market trendsApproach the role with a tax efficient approachVisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, inclusion and eliminating unlawful discrimination within our workforce and whilst fulfilling our client recruitment needs. &nbsp; Due to the high level of applications being received if you do not hear from us within 5 working days, please assume your application has not been successful on this occasion, usually due to other candidates having more relevant sector exposure, qualifications or required skills. &nbsp; We thank you for your interest. &nbsp;
