Finance Manager (Part-Time)<br>Position overviewReporting to the MD, this role is part of the management team with equal responsible for driving direction and strategy of the business. &nbsp; It is to provide the management team with financial awareness and excellence in all business matters through KPI’s and analysis of financial data that directly supports decision making. &nbsp; It requires a large degree of autonomous working and will require a person who is technically able to cover most parts of the role with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis. &nbsp;There is flexibility on when and where this role is to be performed, however, the candidate will need to be close enough to easily travel into the company, based in Woolpit, Suffolk, as required. &nbsp; It is expected that 2 days per week / 15 hours on average would be sufficient, although with monthly requirements this may require some flexibility to achieve deadlines. &nbsp;Roles and Responsibilities- Compliance with HMRC and Pension regulations- Adherence to accounting standards and company processes as evidenced by internal and external audits- To provide strategic support and analysis of financial data to all members of the management team enabling enhanced understanding to support the overall business aims and objectives- Support and drive continuous improvement and development of management processes &amp; procedures- Preparation of reports and analysis of for both local management and Group Head Office on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis- Present and discuss the monthly results with the Senior Management Team and Group Head Office- To provide necessary KPI’s as required that supports the business aims and objectives- Review and explain margin analysis across the company’s products- Provide budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis- Identify and review areas of risk, and work to mitigate such risks- Management of year-end audit process and auditor relationship- Management of Accounts Assistant with support of day-to-day accounting functions, include payroll, VAT, P60, P11D and other suchExperience, Qualifications and skills- The successful candidate will be a fully qualified or soon to be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA- Excellent technical accounting knowledge and skills- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and question while maintaining positive relations with all- Knowledge of Sage 50, strong Excel skills, knowledge of MRP systems and payroll functions
