About Eat Work Art:Eat Work Art transforms disused spaces into vibrant communities.   We offer workspace to the most inspiring creative businesses in the UK, including designers, architects, artists and music producers.  Established in 2009, EWA has since expanded across four sites; Hackney Downs Studios and Netil House in Hackney, Old Paradise Yard in Lambeth and Alma Yard in Plymouth, our sites are home to over 600 businesses in the creative industries.  Role overview:Eat Work Art has recently implemented a CRM system to gather, analyse and report on data for a number of business processes - from lead generation and conversion, to lease management and revenue gain/loss on our studios.   Data is currently being gathered and stored effectively, however we are looking to improve our data analytics and reporting to advance our current situational awareness and long-term decision making ability.  This role is a permanent position and can either be full time or part time, focused on data analytics and visualization.   The primary objective of this role is to analyse and visualise EWA’s extensive CRM data, with the objective of presenting clear data-driven insights which the wider team can use to make informed decisions.  We are currently using Google Sheets for data analysis purposes, but we are happy to consider and take input on other data analysis tools available.   This role will give the right candidate the scope to engineer the company’s data management tools and processes, whilst supporting them to develop their knowledge and experience.  Reports to: Finance ManagerBased at: Based at Hackney Downs Studios / Remote WorkingAreas of Responsibility:Review and analyse Eat Work Art CRM data and data capture processesTranslate business objectives into representative analysis using CRM and/or Sage 200 dataCreate custom dashboards and reports for each department based on predetermined requirementsSuggest new solutions for data analysisEssential Experience:Highly Advanced knowledge and experience in Google SheetsExceptional knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, master data management and data quality assuranceAbility to simplify concepts and issues to communicate to a non-technical audienceKnowledge of SQL and PHPExcellent communication skillsDesirable Experience:Experience with CRM data management and visualizationAdvanced knowledge of GDPR requirements in relation to data managementAnalytical and problem solving skills with attention to detailBenefits:Private HealthcarePerkbox MembershipCycle to Work Scheme IncentiveFlexible WFHNational Art PassThe closing date for applications is the 31st Jan 2022, however we are reviewing applications as they are received
