Procurement Coordinator (Part-Time)<br>Newton Abbot, DevonThe CompanyWorking with many of the biggest names in the IT industry, such as Dell EMC, Intel, NVIDIA and Teradici, Amulet Hotkey is a proven innovator in the design, manufacture and system integration of high availability IT solutions for remote physical and virtual PC and server workstations. &nbsp;Amulet Hotkey has recently entered the latest exciting chapter of its 30 years history with significant growth investment from a leading UK based tech fund and we are well placed to continue our growth curve. &nbsp; Our core market of financial trading systems has expanded into command and control, emergency call centres, investment banks, oil & gas, CAD designers, digital content creation, and post-production studios around the world. &nbsp; What’s more, our customer base includes Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises as well as local and national governments. &nbsp;Amulet Hotkey was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in the UK where its design and manufacturing facilities are based with sales, support and technology centres in London and New York. &nbsp;We’re now looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Newton Abbot on a part-time basis. &nbsp;The Benefits- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata (depending upon relevant experience)<br>- Working hours 09:30 – 14:30 Monday to Friday- 25 days’ holiday (pro rata)<br> plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days’ (pro rata)<br> with service- Pension scheme with 6% employer, 4% employee contributions- Health cash plan with access to wellbeing advice and perks- Cycle scheme for any budding cyclists- Professional development support and membership fees covered- Joining Bonus (direct applicants only)<br>This is a fantastic opportunity for a purchasing, scheduling, MRP and supplier management professional to join our innovative, international company. &nbsp;The knowledge and skillset you bring to this role will be integral to the smooth running of our procurement processes. &nbsp; So, if you want to develop your career surrounded by a team of creative and collaborative thinkers, we want to hear from you!The RoleAs the Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient day-to-day transactional processing of our MRP and procurement related activities. &nbsp;Providing excellent customer service, you will be accountable for the MRP and procurement functions covering our UK manufacturing sites and Global Supplier base. &nbsp;Specifically, you will process purchase orders, ensuring order acknowledgements are received, updated on the system and communicated internally. &nbsp;This role will also involve:- Monitoring supplier deliveries- Handling supplier RMAs upon notification of any non-conforming product- Providing relevant data streams for KPI reporting- Generating and allocating works orders for manufacturing sites- Updating manufacturing and purchasing related trackers for wider Ops teamsAbout YouTo be considered as a Procurement Coordinator, you will need:- Previous experience of purchasing, scheduling, MRP and general supplier management- A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail- Good time management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Sage200 would be beneficial to your application, as would knowledge of the international shipping process, incoterms, and shipping documentation. &nbsp;Other organisations may call this role Procurement Officer, Purchasing Executive, Buyer, Procurement Executive, Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Senior Procurement Assistant, or Purchasing & Procurement Co-ordinator
