SummaryThe Office Manager is a part-time role to facilitate and support the HealthBid Team. &nbsp; We are a small but growing team with a great culture, and this role offers a part-time opportunity to help us work more effectively. &nbsp;As a part-time role, the anticipated hours are 15 hours per week. &nbsp; We are flexible as to when these are worked across the week, subject to agreement. &nbsp;Detailed DescriptionThe Office Manager is trusted with the seamless running of the office, both physical and virtual. &nbsp;They will be responsible for tasks from different aspects of the team, including:Administration of HR issues, including new starters and leaversIn conjunction with the MD, liaising with our HR and payroll services to resolve any administrative issuesApproving expenses for the teamFirst-line IT support, and liaison with outsourced IT support servicesCentral co-ordination of recruitmentLeading on induction planningLeading on relationship with TOG (office landlord/management company)<br>Administration of our associatesDiary and main events listAccommodation and transport bookingManaging some team administration tasks, such as organising office social activitiesOrdering equipment for the officeOrganisation of Board meetings, including taking minutesThe role will be primarily based in the office in central Leeds, with scope for working from home as appropriate. &nbsp;The role will also involve attend weekly team meetings, as appropriate and in accordance with agreed working days, including:MDs meetingHeads OutWithin the context of the wider team, the individual will remain agile to support colleagues as the need arises. &nbsp;Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:EssentialExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident, with an ability to problem solve and be proactiveSolid skills in using Microsoft softwareAbility to be discreet with confidential mattersGood note taking skillsThey will also need to be able to commute to Leeds city centre. &nbsp;The HealthBid CultureWe are really proud of our culture at HealthBid, and have an active, engaged team working both in the office and from home. &nbsp; Were keen to work with someone who adds to our culture and aligns to our values, bringing their own personality and experience to the mix. &nbsp;
