Part-time Office Coordinator / Manager  Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply. &nbsp; East Bristol office with free parking c£25,000 pro rata + Benefits (Part-time 20 / 25 hours per week)<br> = £12. &nbsp;82 per hour The Company: Our client is a well-respected and established Franchise business who celebrates it’s 20-year anniversary this year. &nbsp;  It operates across a number of key business sectors and provides a tried and tested platform to business professionals who wish to grow and develop their own businesses. &nbsp; The company are customer focused, passionate and love what they do!  They genuinely value their employees and to evidence this are now an employee-owned company. &nbsp; The Job: This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a professional and approachable manner looking to join a friendly and supportive business. &nbsp; You will have confidence in using IT and technical systems, be well organised with a pro-active attitude and an ability to multi-task and prioritise. &nbsp; Day to day responsibilities include:Be a main point of contact for facilities related issues and facilities contractors. &nbsp;Manage office rental agreements and relationship with landlordProvide IT and telephony support to the group business as required  Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery, supplies and IT equipment to ensure smooth running of the office and home working operationsProviding administrative and project support to the group businesses and directors as required including production of documents, presentations, researchWorking with the group business to consolidate and make efficient internal processes. &nbsp;Manage the office ensuring compliance to legal and health and safety requirementsActing as point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, by phone or in personSupport with the organisation of business-related events such as training, franchise recruitment, inductions and local licensee meetings. &nbsp;Organise work events such as company meetings, team activities and Christmas and Summer parties. &nbsp;Manage a small budget for area of responsibilityCore Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a facilities or office management would be idealAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft and similar products – Teams, Word, Power Point and ExcelKnowledge of CRM platform would be beneficialOutstanding written and verbal communicationThis is a part time role, working 20 -25 hours a week across 4 or 5 days)<br>. &nbsp; The role is office based in East Bristol there may be an option to work 1 day per week from home. &nbsp;The Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (Pro rata)<br> and 1 additional family day, Pension, Health Cash Plan, Performance related bonus and the long-term benefit of an employee-owned company
