Part-time Bookkeeper/Senior Accounts Assistant Hemel Hempstead Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a local client in Hemel Hempstead to help them sourcing for an immediately available Accounts Assistant on a Temporary - Permanent basis.   As the Accounts Assistant, you will support the Accountants with VAT Returns for a large portfolio of clients, as well as supporting the Finance team, and wider organisation with various key administrative duties.   Key Responsibilities VAT ReturnsProcessing of receiptsProcessing supplier invoices and dealing with queriesRegularly checking outstanding goods received for missing invoicesReconciling supplier statementsOther tasks including, but not limited toIssuing weekly exchange ratesSkills and Experience Required: Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Minimum two years accounting experienceConfident communicator, both internally and externallyNumerical and analyticalA can-do attitude with a flexible approach, a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail Think Accountancy and Finance is the finance division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independent recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and working across the Herts, Beds and Bucks area.   We specialise in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment with areas of expertise including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Finance Admin, Part Qualified Finance, Qualified Finance, Credit Control and Bookkeepers.
