About our culture:
Work smart, work hard, and enjoy life. We are starting small, just 2 partners, one in west London, one in Madrid. We will be bringing on more team members as we grow. While we expect most of the work will be done from home, we hope to get together for the occasional lunch or drinks as time and schedules allow. Fortunately your predecessor has everything completely set up so you have a strong base to start from and adjust as you see fit.
How flexible working works with us:
You are able to work from home at your convenience and engage in whatever blocks of time best suit your needs. A call once a week usually works, but otherwise communication via email and messaging platforms.
How we support parents:
The hours are flexible and can be suited around your needs to work when you like - we are looking for a commitment of 1 to 1.5 days per week
