We require an experienced part-time Finance Manager at CIJ Group and sister company Retail PR Ltd to support us one day per week.
The position is based remotely from home and the candidate can be based anywhere in the UK.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. You will be working closely with the company accountants and Managing Director, the position will suit a bookkeeper or accountant working for multiple organisations. Responsibilities include:
- Monthly Payroll
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Expenses for the Managing Director
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Invoicing & purchase orders
- Reconciling customer payments on Quickbooks
- Invoice payment chasing
- Pre-approval of Supplier payments & confirming payment details
- Completing vendor set up forms
- Cash flow management
- Updating budgets
- Monthly & quarterly management reporting
- P&L
- Annual R&D Tax Returns
- Preparing annual company returns
- Other ad hoc financial support
