Job Summary:The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, onboard and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with operation managers to set realistic technical requirements. &nbsp; (Preference for candidates with right to work in the UK)<br>What You Will Be Responsible For:· Collaborates with operation managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies. &nbsp;· Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. &nbsp;· Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. &nbsp;· Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. &nbsp;· Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. &nbsp;· Manage sub-contract onboarding process. &nbsp;· Sub-Con competency management· Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. &nbsp;· Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. &nbsp;· Vets potential employees credentials. &nbsp;· Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. &nbsp;· Auditing of field staff to confirm compliance with company set targets, technical competency, H&S etc. &nbsp;· Performs other related duties as assigned. &nbsp;What You Bring To The Table:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. &nbsp;· Excellent interpersonal skills. &nbsp;· Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. &nbsp;· Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. &nbsp;· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. &nbsp;· Proficient with LinkedIn and other Recruiting ToolsEducation and Experience:· Qualification in related technical and/or human resources field required. &nbsp;· At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus. &nbsp;Primary Location:Warrington, UKTravel Requirements:· The role may involve overseas travel in Europe, 1-2 days per month· The role may involve overseas travel in UK, 1-2 days per monthSchedule:· Part time 3 days per week (In the office)<br>, 22. &nbsp;5hrs per week. &nbsp;ABS Group is committed to equal employment opportunity of its employees and prohibits discrimination against any employee or qualified applicant on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship status or veteran status, or other non-work-related characteristics that may be protected under the law of the Federal Government or specific state employment laws. &nbsp;
