Insights event No 2 - The Application Process

2to3days is built on speaking truth to power. We exist to make having a balanced work & home life a reality and ensure that diversity and inclusion in the workplace is a norm.  

We know the Job Hunt process is riddled with challenges and limitations, especially when you need the role and employer to allow you some work flexibility. So, we want to do something about it! 

To start sorting this out, we want to hear what you think the issues are. Our commitment is to take your insights, coupled with solutions to employers and recruiters,  so we can start making the job hunt experience a whole lot better.

Unpicking The Job Hunt is a 4-part series. Our second event will focus on unpicking the Application Process  -  What are the pain points? Lengthy forms? Never-ending questions? Poor communication? What does best practice look like? What +/- experiences can you share to help employers improve?

Spaces are limited to 15 so everyone 'in the room' gets a chance to contribute. We look forward to meeting you and learning from you.
