2to3days is built on speaking truth to power. We exist to make having a balanced work & home life a reality and ensure that diversity and inclusion in the workplace is a norm.  

We know the Job Hunt process is riddled with challenges and limitations, especially when you need the role and employer to allow you some work flexibility. So, we want to do something about it! 

To start sorting this out, we want to hear what you think the issues are. Our commitment is to take your insights, coupled with solutions to employers and recruiters,  so we can start making the job hunt experience a whole lot better.

Unpicking The Job Hunt will be a 4-part series. We'll start by unpicking The Job Advert - the place most job hunting experiences start! What attracts you? What puts you off? What are the pain points? What do you want to see more/less of? 

Spaces are limited to 20 so everyone gets a chance to speak. We really hope you can join us.
