2to3days Ltd is a recruitment marketplace that connects experienced professionals  (candidates) to live jobs with employers who offer flexibility in where, how or when roles are fulfilled; returnship programmes for experienced professionals who have had a career break; and relevant events and courses related to careers, home/work life balance, parenting & wellbeing. 2to3days Ltd increases your opportunities to be found by hiring employers and in-house recruiters by uploading your CV to our platform and as a result their details may appear in a search, aimed at matching talent to available roles. We do this through our website: www.2to3days.com (our “Website”). The Website is run by 2to3days Limited (company number 09003523) (the “Company”, “we” or “us”). The way that you use the Website is governed by our terms of use. By continuing to use our Website and using it to register for job opportunities and access the content that we upload and share with you, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (the “Conditions”).

We have set out below in more detail what these Conditions are so that you are fully aware of what you are agreeing to do by registering with us. 

Please note that the jobs advertised are not with the Company (unless otherwise stated) and we do not run checks on any company advertising their available roles with us. We strongly recommend that before you agree to attend any job interview or accept any job, that you carry out reasonable, adequate research into the company. We do not accept any liability for any loss that may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of attending a job interview or accepting a job advertised through our Website.

1. Website registration and continuing security

Upon registering on our Website and providing us with relevant consents and contact details, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and, should these change, to update us about these and any other changes in the details you have submitted to use through the Website.

You will be asked to provide a username and password. It is your responsibility to keep these secure and confidential such that no one else, who is not authorised by you, can access the Website and your data on your behalf. If someone, unauthorised by you, does access your account, please tell us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify the situation as soon as we can.

If you wish to stop using our Website, you can delete your candidate account in which case your data is automatically flushed from our systems) or send an email to [email protected] and we will manually delete your data, except such data as we are required to hold by law (please see our privacy policy for further information) within one month of receipt of your email. 

 

2. Email communications

By registering your contact details on the Website and consenting to receive email notification, you understand that we may use such details to communicate job and business opportunities to any person registering with us to assist with their job search (“Candidates”), including you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have a right to opt out of receiving such email communications at any time by unsubscribe link within our emails, or via  [email protected]

 

3. Candidate details

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any CV or material contained therein placed by you on the Website. You should be aware (subject to the contact details you provide) that, where you consent, you may be contacted directly by companies and recruiters by email, post, or telephone.

You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your account or your account is terminated, all your account information from the Website, including CVs, profiles, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted and will be deleted from our databases within a reasonable time period. Third parties may retain saved copies of your Information.

We reserve the right to delete your account and all of your Information after a significant duration of inactivity or in the event that any of our terms have been breached by you.

 

4. Equal opportunities

We do not discriminate against anyone registered to or using our Website. We try to ensure that all possible measures are taken to prevent any vacancies advertised or searches do not discriminate against age, disabilities, gender, or race. The search tools in place on the site do not have the functionality to exclude any candidates with disabilities. It is down to the users themselves to ensure they comply with discrimination laws. We do not guarantee that by creating a profile on the Website you will secure a job. This is simply a tool that will enhance your visibility to recruiters and employers and enable you to apply to jobs by email sooner. You are under no obligation to accept any job to which you have been introduced by the Company, and the Company is under no obligation to procure interviews or job offers on your behalf. 

Although we will endeavour to introduce you to job opportunities as well suited as possible, the decision about whether to accept a job offer is entirely your responsibility and you acknowledge that we do not offer any warranty as to the suitability of the job.

Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites or for any damage or loss caused by visiting any third-party websites.

Notices provided electronically to this email address will be deemed to be valid notice. Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or in the case of post on the seventh day after the date of posting.

 

10. Force majeure

Neither of us shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside either of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

 

11. Severance

If any of these Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of then such Condition shall be severed, and the remaining Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
