Our Champions

We are proud to introduce our 2to3days Champions; a collective of highly influential and impassioned individuals who are as deeply committed to championing women’s equality and inclusivity in the workplace as we are. They have all witnessed first-hand the negative impact of inequality at work and, like us, are saying enough is enough.

Our Champions want to accelerate the pace of change and level-up the gender gap. They see flexible working, in all its guises, as a real gamechanger.

The bigger we are, the more active we are, the quicker we can create more positive working outcomes for professional women.  As the old proverb says, ‘it takes a village to raise a child'.

If you feel inspired to become a 2to3days Champion, contact us. We’d love to hear from you.
